We understand that circumstances out of your control can get in the way of your child attending scheduled events. Because of this, we try to be as accommodating as possible regarding cancellations, however please understand that expenses for our camps [including location, equipment and staff] are booked in advance and are based on the number of children enrolled at the time of booking.

If your child is not able to attend the enrolled camp, please send us an email letting us know with as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the drop off time will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Cancellations made outside of the 72 hour window are eligible for a credit towards another day or camp.
